Our little friends can have a blast at the outdoor play structure which has swings, slide and rock climbing.
Home sits on a 26 acre Lake shared with a community with lots of Bass & crappie fishing. 15 minutes to Gilmer for shopping, retail & restaurants. 35 minutes to Longview & 45 minutes to Tyler & 2hr to Dallas

We love to hear from guests! Co-host, Meagan, is always quick to respond to questions.

The house is located in a neighborhood. There are houses closeby(about 50 ft away) on each side.

There are no leash regulations in the neighborhood and the neighborhood dogs roam freely. For the comfort of our guests and their pets, we are working on deterring the dogs from the front yard. The dogs are friendly but please do not feed or encourage them to stick around the property. There is a fenced backyard for the guests pets.

There is a circle driveway that allows for a few vehicles.
