The Jewel View Cottages” allow spending time at a premier year-round vacation spot. The Flathead Valley in Northwest Montana is ideal for a journey with family or friends and is a year-round adventurer's paradise. This paradise is in Montana's most breathtaking settings and offers stunning views of Jewel Basin, and Mt Aeneas in the Swan Mountain Range. Beyond the outdoorsy fun and natural splendor of Northwest Montana.
The Townhome style units are tastefully furnished with three bedrooms and a “bunk” room, two full baths and a half bath, accommodating up to twelve guests suitable for families, groups of friends, or couples. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, the dining table accommodates six people, offering four chairs with a bench, and four bar stools at the counter. A lovely living room that offers a sliding glass door out the private patio is all included in the open concept living area. This area is ideal for entertaining and spreading out. Retire to the bedrooms, where you can retire after a fun-filled day and dream about the great fun you had that day. The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed, as well as Bedrooms 2 and 3. The 4th Bedroom offers 2 sets of futon style bunk beds. The townhouse has centralized heating and AC, offers a stacked washer and dryer in the unit. The Townhouse is also children friendly. The patio off the sliding glass door offers a barbecue grill and spectacular views of the Swan Range and Jewel Basin! Enjoy having Barbecues with your friends or family while relaxing while having a refreshments on the patio. The communal area provides additional barbecues and a large gas fire pit in the central courtyard. Guests are also welcome to use the common coin operated laundry machines. It is Located on the lower level of the building. Laundry area has electronic lock and is open 24/7.

Welcome to "The Jewel Basin Center" and Pickleball Club
The desire to build "The Jewel" stemmed from a passion for the Bigfork Village neighborhood in the Northwest. The Swan River, which has the final mile of its course known as "The Wild Mile" and flows into Bigfork from the stunning Mission Mountains to the south, empties into the little community of Bigfork Bay. The mighty Flathead River, which empties into Flathead Lake just west of the venue site, surrounds The Jewel as well. The venue offers the open-air Montana experience in "The Last Best Place" The Jewel Basin is surrounded by gorgeous pastureland.

PET POLICY:
The first rule is all pets must be well-behaved dogs ONLY! Sorry, no cats or other pets are allowed! Additionally, we reserve the right to restrict the number of dogs and/or certain breeds of dogs and some guest units at any time, only Units 5, 6, and 8 are pet friendly. You must have prior written approval for each dog that you will bring, and your pet must be housebroken and well-behaved. The pet fee is $100 maximum of two pets not to exceed 50 lbs. per pet. You will be responsible for any damages as well as additional cleaning or treatment needs due to fleas or “accidents.” Please bring your pet’s bedding as they are not permitted on the furniture or bedding. We do provide pet bowls and pet towels.

PLEASE READ, Essential information regarding Glacier National Park and your Booking:
1. 2024 - Glacier National Park made recent changes to their access to the scenic Going to the Sun Road located inside Glacier National Park. This year will be the fourth year with a new vehicle reservation ticketing system that is required to access the Scenic Going to the Sun Road from May 24th- September 8th for 2024. Reservation tickets are required to access every entrance inside the park.
2. East Glacier Entrance via St. Mary's and Two Medicine Lake area will not require a reservation ticket.
3. PRIOR TO FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING: Please see the Glacier National Park webpage for updates regarding 2024 ticketing and access. NO BOOKINGS WILL BE REFUNDED BASED ON THE NON-AVAILABILITY OF GLACIER PARK TICKETING
4. Should you not get a vehicle reservation ticket: You can still access park entrances before gates open for the day (6:00am) and after they close for the day (3:00pm) without a ticket. You can also access the East side of the park entrance with no vehicle reservation ticket. You can also hike or bike through any entrance without a ticket.
5. Everyone is required to have a National Parks Pass to enter any entrance of the park. You can purchase these in advance or when you arrive at the park.

4. Hosting guests with accessibility needs.
4.1. Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals, receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guest must comply with applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please preview the form through the link sent your email when you make your reservation.
4.2. We welcome and support people with accessibility needs. Before making a reservation, a guest may ask to do a few things to make the space more suitable for your needs.
5. If you are traveling during the Winter season; we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions do vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.
6. The property has exterior cameras to monitor only the exterior of our homes. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property to maintain guest privacy. Additionally, PMI Realty Management NW uses Netatmo’s Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor to assess humidity, air quality, temperature, and noise in the property. The noise monitoring addresses potential noise complaints from neighbors, The noise monitoring measures only the sound level, and not recorded private conversations.
