Excellent hotel, very smart and classy, the staff were fantastic and go over and beyond customer service. The area is well situated for the old town which the best part of Bilbao to stay, with easy access to plenty of great restaurants, bars and eateries. Transport links are also very good with trams on the doorstep and bus/train stations within a five minute walk. All in all an excellent hotel and stay. Mark room 14

Lovely modern hotel. Quiet inside. Clean, great service. Ideal area in the old town. Lots of drinking and dining options. Perfect if you like alternative bars and vintage shopping.

They let us check in around noon and staff was super nice. Top floor room (only 2 rooms on the top floor) with a large-ish balcony. Room smelled a bit musty, but other than that was spotless. Smart tv with streaming from your phone, great AC, super comfortable bed, comfy couch, very nice bathroom. Location is super walkable to the old part of the city, market, and tons of food.

This beautiful boutique hotel is a four star hotel disguised as a two star. If you stay in Bilbao do yourself a favor and stay here . Everything in this hotel is immaculate , the rooms were super comfortable and the bathroom and bed were perfect . You cannot beat the location as it is the heart of Casco Viejo . I walked everywhere ! To the Guggenheim , to the Gran Via and along the beautiful river that flows through town . Moreover the price point is miraculous. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure I had the best time in Bilbao . I have to specifically thank Roxanne and Sonia for all the the information and support they provided me . They helped me arrange transportation and spent so much time explaining what to see in the city , offering me the best advice that even the guidebooks miss ! Thank you so much Goein Boutique Hotel, I will definitely be back and will always remember the great time I had there !

Goien is a delightful sanctuary in the more gritty part of the old town of Bilbao. Friendly and warm staff, great breakfast, good sized rooms. Easy to walk to many attractions. Courtyard view is not really accurate and a permanent blind hinders airflow but neighbours requested it. Highly recommend.

Lovely little hotel with really friendly staff. We were made to feel welcome from the second we arrived. Strongly recommend getting the hotel breakfast, the food is excellent and a good way to start your day. Will definitely stay there again if I find myself in Bilbao
