Great location - was in Bilboa predominantly for the Guggenheim. We took a bus to San Sebastian after and very easy, walkable from the hotel.

Paid for a room with two queen beds. The room I was assigned to had a strong bad odor, so they put me in a lower floor with single beds. Ask for a reimbursement, but for the answer that price is the same.

Really lovely hotel. Good value for money. Modern, comfortable and very clean. Good location in walking distance to local attractions and places to eat/drink.
