The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I reserved a room at this hotel because it was pet friendly and we were traveling with a small dog. The reservation was non-refundable, and when I checked in they charged me $50 for the pet fee. If I changed my mind because of the high pet fee then I would have forfeited my reservation. Expedia should list the pet fee on the site, so you know how high it is prior to reservation. Ive never been charged more than $20 before.

Very clean everywhere. Nice mattress and pillows. Window shades that made the room dark and stayed put instead of being blown around by the heater fan.

Small rooms, modern decor had a sterile cold feel. Breakfast was meager. Upside it was clean and staff was welcoming. Probably not returning, for a few more dollars I could have stayed in the other IHG property nextdoor with bigger rooms and a cozy feel.

I loved the decor. The shades in the room were wonderful. I may have to get some for my home. It was very clean and smelled good. The staff was very friendly and on top of things. And they loved the puppy, The only complaint I have is the pillows were a little to fluffy for me. Beautiful hotel!

First off, through no fault of the amazing staff the rooms here are in no way sound proof! You could hear conversatioms through the walls, and the people upstairs walking and rolling in the office chair. It is defintley pet friendly and you can hear pets in other rooms. Our pet was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond for us in every aspect of our stay. They stored our frozen foods in the freezer because we didnt expect not to have one. They also gave us earplugs for the noise. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole property was very clean. Not sure we would stay again as the rooms are small for a large family but I'd want to go visit and remind all of their staff of how amazing they all are!
