The overnight clerk was not prepared to help guests check in. She had to call the manager in to help (after we stood at the check in counter for 30 minutes around midnight after travelling for 17 hours!) We had completed online check in and just wanted to get into the room, but stood unacknowledged for half an hour before being helped. It was awful.

Very noisy. Lots of in and out traffic throughout the night on side doors and rooms. Walls were so thin, woke up every time anything or anyone went by. Not at all updated rooms and very basic amenities. They were still getting breakfast area ready when it was time for it to open, so no options for anyone leaving right at 6am. Not even a coffee and yogurt to go.

It was close to the highway. Problem... no coffee in the rooms and could not locate coffee in the lobby. Couldn't find anyone at the front desk to adk where the coffee was.

Hotel is in a Industrial area with many other hotels. Breakfast consists of toast, bisquits & gravy. No hot coffee or water for tea, no milk.

The stay was fine, everything was clean, people were all very nice. The shower didn’t drain appropriately and I did not have conditioner which seems quite negative paying almost $170 with taxes and fees…??? The add on costs are crazy.
