My room wasn't clean when I checked in. Only 2 people were working the night I arrived 5/24/24 and they had a total of 18 rooms that needed cleaning. They couldn't find anyone to come in to work. I was able to get into my room by 7:30 pm. Staff was very very nice and explained what was happening. My room was finally clean and bed was very comfortable and room had plenty of hot water. The next day ac workers were there to servce all the units on my floor. Just when I thought things were going to be okay, I got a knock on my door to tell me to get out of my room immediately. I refused to let the temporary manager come into my room until I could get fully dressed. Per her records, my room had not been paid for. Staff that checked me in the night before finally convinced her that I indeed had paid for a total of 3 nights. Things were looking good finally except that housekeeping (very polite lady) informed me that I needed to take my dirty wet towels down to lobby in order to get clean ones. I was then told I was responsible for emptying my own trash can down the hall in the "trash room". Upon checking out on 5/27/24 I discovered that their hotel does not offer ice to their customers which was disappointing. EXCEPT for the temp. deranged manager everyone else was like family and my bed was very comfortable.
