The room had a mildew smell and the chair and table was stuck to the floor from something that was spiiled prior to our stay. And there was black mold on the window sill. We wont be staying there again.

Great staff

The young man who was working the front desk was very friendly and fast. Later i went down and asked for 2 more towels and pillows. He had towels but no extra pillows but said he would find some and bring them to my room. I just figured sure probably not but guess what about 1 hour later he knock on the door and had pillows He didnt forget! He was super busy and still managed to go above and beyond. Nicely done. The next morning breakfast was nothing special but the from desk lady was keeping everything cleaned up and stocked. She was also the front desk person helping guess. Again nice job. Hotel itself is worth the price and clean. But the management should know that they have a good staff. I would recommend the hotel just because of the the way the staff performed. Thank you.

When we went to our room, it hadn’t been cleaned. Back to desk, assigned a different room. Dirty floor in the room turned my white socks black. Poor directions given to Cracker Barrel restaurant. Breakfast skimpy. No meat offered, scrambled eggs not bad, biscuits and gravy okay. Only apples for fresh fruit.

When I booked this place it was because it had a slide with a pool. I choose this and paid approximately 200$ more because of the slide. (We had a stay off one full week) I knew it was a feature that my kids would enjoy. Only to find out that the slide was an extra cost of 5$ per day, per child. As far as I'm concerned this is false advertising. That charge should be started clearly on the booking page or in the list of charges somewhere. Also the first room we were given, when we arrived it started raining very hard and the window was raining into the room from the top of the window so we had to change rooms. The staff was friendly for the most part in spite of everything. Breakfast was good. Also during the week days it changed times to only 9 am from 10am. I don't get moving that early on vacation. 10am was perfect for me.

Up charge to use the water slide and then don’t check wristbands and everyone else uses it for free. Breakfast not well stocked. Dirty pillows, waited over six hours for clean pillows.

It was terrible! From the desk clerk that was so rude to me and sent her friend with a damn key to my room and her friend just walked into my room myself and my 2 young kids were staying in!....to the bugs in the bathtub and sink....i called this am to resolve the issue as i felt ao unsafe after the walk in i ledt at 830pm with my kids....i called the property this am ans the gal was so nice and helpful we are hopefully going to get it fixed and im hoping the employee will be addressed as she made my half a stay terrible ans scary to be honest! I knew it was her friend as i saw them up at the front desk moments before she walked into my room they were atanding together chatting very obviously friends. She had a key to my room!!!!
