My family had a great time! The pool was excellent, although you did have to pay extra to use the waterslide.

The tv was hijacked each night by the next room’s tenant and we could not control the remote. We could only watch one channel that they were watching or unplug the tv to turn it off. We were basically stuck without tv until the next morning. It happened both nights we stayed there. Staff said there was nothing they could do. Could have been cleaner. Floor had sticky spots and while moving the mini fridge to get to the tv plug in there was a lot of crumbs on the floor. Candy wrappers in the closet. Pay extra for the water slide. That was disappointing too.

The walls, doors, ceiling and sink were in in very poor condition, the sink had big cracks in it and the faucet was loose. The bathroom door was destroyed at the bottom and the ceiling in the bathroom was cracked and sagging. The molding sealant was sparse, moldy and thick. Black splotches all over the walls... overall, If I could have found a different place I would have. Way too much money for such a dive!

the room was not clean, there was still a old soap bar on the sink when we came in the room. It looked as if there were crumbs in the bed. The room window did not have a screen on it. The pool was the best part of the hotel! great hot tub!, expect you have to pay an extra $5 to go down the slide in the pool.

To start with the first room we got the toilet sprayed all over from under tank lid, the floor flooded. Next they assigned the second room- when we got to the room the door appeared to have been pried open and was ajar. I asked for my money back at this point, the clerk said they don’t do that and she wouldn’t have any idea how to do that. We settled for a third room (each time we had to return down a long hallway with luggage and wait in line to talk to clerk.) We stayed in third room but found it to be run down- ceiling was falling down in bath toilet seat appeared very worn and stained, air conditioner wouldn’t cycle on lower setting, I searched online and found numerous bad reviews of this place,( including many that said it had bed bugs- I checked the beds but didn’t see any sign of bed bugs so we decided to stay) but had a very uncomfortable feeling about the place. I will be more careful reviewing places from now on .The only positive I can mention is the pool and hot tub seemed nice.
