Was denied check in based on a condition that was not stated in their check in/ rental policy. I found out at the very least minute that I didn't have a hotel room. If this had been on a busy weekend like state tournaments, I may not have found another room in town.

Had to wait 10-15 minutes to check in waiting for staff to come to the front desk. Did not have bedding for the pullout bed. Called a couple times to the front desk, didn’t get through. Husband went to front desk and waited several minutes for staff. Staff gave bag of bedding and went to look for pillows and brought one pillow (requested two so each kid could have one), handed the pillow to us and left. The room pictured on Expedia does not match the room at the hotel. Staff at check out were incredible though!
