This was by far the WORST hotel/motel stay I've ever had. I felt so unsafe due to the (at least) 10 boarded up hotel windows, broken windows, doors in the building with no handles, so you can see in rooms. The room was dirty, had qtips and other things on the floor. Bathroom was dirty. Towels were miscolore and felt weird. DO NOT STAY HERE! Especially uf you are a solo female traveler!

Got a reservation here because my buddy said he got one. Time went on the price went up and up. Got there and his reservation didn’t go through on Expedia. By the time we figured it out and went to cancel it was 5 minutes past 6pm and the payment went through even though I selected to pay at site and not online. Staff said I couldn’t cancel the reservation and couldn’t help. Glass at front was busted along with all the security locks to the outside doors. Walking to the room the hotel was filled with the smell of urine and cigarettes. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, hotel room doors all had crowbar marks on them with sun shining through the door “seals”. Enter the room and it only got worse. 1 towel for 3 people, 2 pillows (one on each bed), floorboards were broken and water damaged. The bathroom floor had what appeared to be a dead cockroach along with stains and possibly a little blood on the side of the tub. Everything in the room seemed dirty and unsafe for our health so I tried talking to the front desk again to see what she could do. After waiting for 3 more groups to cancel their reservations after seeing the facility she told me she could do anything and refunds had to be through the third party seller, Expedia. Tried paying for the room insurance and that didn’t help in any way and denied my claim. The pool was empty and out of order, the washer and driers were out of order, dogs were barking non stop while the smell of their urine spread.

Room was terrible! No chair to sit in, bed spread had a big stain on it, the bath tub was so filthy I didn't dare use it. No microwave, no refrigerator. Swimming pool was closed. One pillow per. Bed. Asked for a couple more but never got any. Not staying there again!! 😔😔

Not Worth the Cheaper Price

The room was filthy! We had never seen so much poop outside of a toilet It was on floor, walls, door facings, baseboards, toilet, and tub. Aside from poop, floor was dirty, bedspreads had holes in them, tub had some sort of blue chemical all over it. There was one dirty towel and one partial roll of toilet paper. We paid for one king bed, but got two doubles beds. The hallways were filthy as well. The halls and room reeked of tobacco. Outside planters were filled with weeds. Pool was empty in August! The lock was ripped out of our bathroom door. The outer safety doors had the card lock mechanism ripped out, leaving the entire motel at risk. We will never go to this motel again. It is not worth the cheaper price.

We didn't ever stay, the facility is absolutely disgustingly filthy. Broken windows with boards covering them, mattresses covering windows on the 2nd floor, mold on the ceiling above the shower, floor missing parts of it, curtains hanging down, fan in bathroom hanging down with toilet paper packed in it, toilet paper covering the peep hole in the door, filthy, filthy, filthy. Our friend got to his room and the door wasn't even shut, the room had blood on the comforter, the bathroom was flooded, parts of the floor was missing, filthy, just disgustingly filthy

Internet glitchy. Only coffee sometimes. Pool is closed. Kind of loud sometimes. Beds are okay. Staff pretty friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Right off the interstate. Pretty clean, just don't move any furniture. Might find a sticky cereal surprise. All in all it works in a bind.

Did not like anything about the place. Terrible smells, broken windows, dirty room. The bed looked like someone just got out of it and when we pulled back the covers there was an ear ring in the bed. We could not stay there because it was not fit for animals. I need a total refund.

I didn't not like it there. The place is very dirty &ran down. Alot of stuff going on there. People dealing drugs outside. Its a place where drugs & hookers go too. I was afraid to sleep on bed with there sheets, they looked dirty . I actually had my own blankets that I used from home & my daughter sleep in her sleeping bag.. If it wasn't for the fact we where just sleeping their one night to get home. I will never stay there or place like that again

I liked that we could have our dogs. The room had holes in the walls, stuffed with Kleenex. Towels and sheets were grey and stained. There was gum on the wall right where my husband was sleeping. Ick.

It wasn’t a pleasant stay. The bed was lumpy, the mattress felt like somebody had bent the springs. The AC didn’t stay on and the room was warm. The shower felt like the floor was falling out. The staff were nice and courteous, and they tried to keep the place clean, but it was clearly a difficult task as the building looked dilapidated.

Do not recommend staying here. The pool was closed and under renovations. The pool was only reason I made a reservation. My room had a busted window - ready to fall apart and I had to be moved. Driving around the hotel, I saw ALL the side doors either busted out glass or broken security locks. Most of the rooms on the back side of the hotel had broken and boarded up windows. I was supposed to have a room with a microwave and refrigerator but did not. The bedding had yellow stains and the flooring was coming apart. Definitely way overpriced for what I got. The website pictures are very misleading.

Avoid Motel 6 in Billings

I could have slept in the parking lot and had a cleaner place to rest. Staff was nice, but the building is dirty and in need of many repairs and deep cleaning. I couldn't sleep there, had to go to another place.
