In the heart of the seaside resort of Binic, on the seafront, recently renovated apartment with a breathtaking sea view. 2 large bay windows facing the sea. A stone's throw from the beach, the port and shops (bakeries, restaurants...)
On the 2nd floor (without elevator) of a small and very quiet residence, beautiful apartment of 45 m2 (for 2 people).
It consists of:
- an equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, washing machine, etc.) open to the living room,
- a living room with TV and sofa bed (140X190),
- a large terrace with garden furniture facing the beach and the port of Binic,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a separate toilet,
- a bedroom (courtyard side), with cupboard and bed (140X200)

You will also have a private parking space in the courtyard of the residence.
Baby equipment available (high chair, cot), WIFI, pets are not allowed, non-smoking apartment.

Perfect appartment, excellent views

The appartment has everything one needs for a perfect vacation! Kitchen is well equiped and clean, as are the bathroom and toilet. The views over the harbour and beach of Binic are really stunning! That's what we felt for in the first place, we were not disappointed. Plenty of good restaurants at a 3-5 minutes walking distance. Especially La Sentinelle and l'Adresse are highly recommended. The host Sylvain is a very friendly man. He took the time to show and explain us the appartment and things to do in the environment. Binic is a very nice village in a breathtaking environment. We will certainly come back some time!

Très bel appartement lumineux,très propre,calme ,idéalement situé face à la mer,au port et près de tous les commerces et restaurants. Un parking privatif dans la résidence. Notre hôte est très accueillant et nous avons apprécié les petites douceurs de bienvenue.

Eine tolle Woche in Binic!

Binic war die letzte Station unserer Nordfrankreich Reise und es war überragend schön! Der Ort, das tolle Apartment mit Nähe zu allem was man brauchte und der Parkplatz im Innenhof haben und sehr gut gefallen. Ebenso die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super gelegen

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Durch die Fensterfront über die ganze Fläche hat man einen super tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Auch wunderschön ist der große Balkon auf dem man Morgens in der Sonne frühstücken kann und Abends ein Gläschen Wein genießen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz direkt hinterm Haus. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Séjour à Binic

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement tres confortable, calme, tres propre avec une vue magnifique sur le port et la plage. Tres bon accueil des propriétaires avec de petites attentions à notre arrivée. Nous avons bien randonné sur le Gr 34 . Binic est une petite ville animée et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce gite.

Perfect Stay

Overall a perfect stay. Sehr sauber, liebevoll ausgestattet, nicht überladen, alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub zu zweit oder dritt benötigt. Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Abwicklung. Wohnung genau wie beschrieben, traumhaft gelegen mit Blick aufs Meer und den Strand. Parkplatz innerhalb Hof ist super. Binic einfach traumhaft. Von Wohnung aus alles zu Fuss in Reichweite. Restauarantauswahl gross, Boulanger ebenso wie kleiner Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Rundherum wohlgefühlt und jederzeit gerne wieder.

Un séjour de rêve

Superbe logement, clair, propre, bien aménagé, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le port. Appartement très calme, proche des commerçants et des départs en promenade. Le parking privé à l'arrière de l'immeuble est un vrai plus. Les levers de soleil sont, à eux seuls, chaque matin, un ravissement total. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil sympathique et ses petites attentions laissées pour nous.

Super Logement face à la mer .

Très bon logement tout refait à neuf , idéalement placé En face de la mer et du port de Binic ( cote d 'Armor) . Tous les commerces sont à proximité , pas besoin de la voiture . l'accueil du propriétaire excellent . A disposition pour le séjour de Café , Boisson dans le frigo , serviettes et pour le couchage tout est prévu .

Au Top !

L'expression est un peu familière mais elle reflète bien notre sentiment. L'appartement est joliment décoré et idéalement situé dans une résidence calme et pourtant au cœur de la petite ville de Binic. Les équipements sont de qualité et l'appartement d'une propriété impeccable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et nous le remercions pour les petites attentions qui nous attendaient. Et que dire de la vue... magique ! Nous recommandons très vivement cette location. Le gr34 est à proximité. L' île de Bréhat, le fort la Latte et le cap Fréhel ne sont pas très loin.
