Upstairs: Accessible by a miller's ladder. Attic landing with children's play area, 1 large attic bedroom (1 bed 90x190), 1 small bedroom (1 bed 90x190). Outside: Terrace, large gravelled courtyard of 200 m² for parking, enclosed landscaped garden of 300 m². A stone's throw from the beautiful beaches of Binic and Etables sur Mer, this spacious holiday home bordering the Departmental 31 is ideal for staying on the Côte du Goëlo. A large landscaped plot well sheltered and enclosed for outdoor activities where children can play in complete safety. The interior offers 4 bedrooms including 2 on the ground floor: very appreciable. In less than 5 minutes, you reach a commercial area where there is also a beautiful aquatic area. But if you prefer the sea, you just have to go down the road to reach the Port of Binic, lined with its shops and brasseries. Opposite the quays, join the beach of Banche but if you prefer a more family atmosphere, choose the beach of Avant Port, unless you prefer to relax by playing boules on the large adjoining grounds. 6 km from the fishing and marina of Saint-Quay-Portrieux.
