The fine sandy beach, the Binz beach promenade with its villas in the bathing architecture style and the center can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot. For guests who are looking for good and affordable accommodation in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Binz, this bungalow complex is just the thing. Zinglingstrasse is currently being renovated in sections up to and including October 2019. Access is guaranteed up to 60 m by car. An alternative parking space is available.
