Sehr schöne Wohnung. Sonnenlicht den ganzen Vormittag auf der geschlossenen „Veranda“. Auch die Sonnenterasse auf dem Dach konnten wir im Herbst gut nutzen. Sauna im Keller haben wir leider nicht geschafft. Das Schrankbett ist die bessere Alternative zum sonst angebotenem Schlafsofa. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Und eine wirkliche nette und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer. Einziger Hinweis: die dazugehörige Garage ist für größere Autos nicht geeignet. Das sollte man vorher abklären.

Schön eingerichtete Zimmer, man hat alles was man braucht da, die Kaffeemaschine will zwar nicht so richtig laufen und den Kühlschrank müssten wir von totale vereisung befreien. Aber sonst waren wir mit allem zufrieden. Das beste ist der Strandkorb inklusive.

Urlaub Bella Martha

Die Wohnung Bella Martha im zweiten Stock der Villa Sirene ist sehr ansprechend und gemütlich.Man blickt ins Grüne und auf die schönen Nachbarvillen im Bäderstil.Sie ist wunderbar gelegen im ruhigen Teil der Strandpromenade. Man muss nur ein paar Meter gehen und schon ist man am Strand, wo man auch den zur Wohnung gehörigen Strandkorb genießen kann.Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe und auch die Einkaufsstraße von Binz ist fußläufig erreichbar.Zwar befand sich eine Baustelle auf der Zufahrtsstraße. Man konnte das Grundstück aber jederzeit mit dem Auto verlassen.Die Doppelgarage ist eher etwas für beherzte Autofahrer, aber wir haben sie gerne genutzt.Im Haus steht ein "Bollerwagen" und ein Hotelwagen zur Verfügung mit denen man das Gepäck vom Auto direkt in die Wohnung bringen kann.Einziges Manko ist vielleicht der relativ niedrige Wasserdruck im zweiten Stock. Aber das ist ja von anderen Altbauten nicht ganz unbekannt.Wir hatten jedenfalls einen schönen Aufenthalt Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und zugewandt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der kurze Weg zum Strand und zur Promenade aber die dennoch sehr ruhige Atmosphäre hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Schöne Fewo in toller Lage

Ich war für eine Woche mit meiner Mutter in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem die Lage, die Helligkeit der Wohnung und der Lift im Haus. Die Ausstattung war völlig ausreichend. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Binz.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Ich möchte mich all den positiven Bewertungen zu dieser Wohnung gern anschließen. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Garage ist wirklich ein kleines Abenteuer, aber mit etwas Mut geht's schon :-). Ein großes Kompliment an die Reinigung/Verwaltung der Wohnung. Alles war blitzsauber und ein kleines technisches Problem wurde in kürzester Zeit behoben. Das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Dankeschön und alles Gute im neuen Jahr.

Auch außerhalb der Saison sehr zu empfehlen! Eine seht gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
