Relaxation close to the beach: sea light at Villa Sofie Binz. How a Baltic Sea vacation works

A particularly light-filled vacation home awaits Binz enthusiasts on the first floor of Villa Sofie Binz in Apartment No. 5, “Meereslicht.” Take the elevator from the building’s underground parking garage straight into your vacation paradise. This 60 m² vacation apartment can accommodate up to four people. We provide a travel crib and high chair for children free of charge. Once you arrive, take a deep breath—the sandy beach and the waves of the Baltic Sea are just a few minutes’ walk away. Perfect for unwinding, the 15 m² terrace with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a parasol invites you to relax. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast outdoors, relaxing in the garden, or sunbathing—your vacation begins the moment you arrive. The spacious living room offers plenty of room to relax on the blue sofa or in the comfortable armchair with a footstool, or to enjoy a meal at the dining table. The apartment is elegantly furnished. A large flat-screen TV with smart features provides evening entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is available. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. The two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double box-spring bed, invite you to dream. Each room features a flat-screen TV, nightstands with cozy reading lamps, and a closet with plenty of storage space. The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet, heated towel rack, and sink.

The building features a Finnish wood-fired sauna (shared use—coin-operated), a washing machine, and a dryer (coin-operated) for shared use.
