The Residenz Binz is located in a central, yet quiet, south-western slope near the Schmachter lake. The fine sandy beach, the Binz beach promenade with villas in spa architecture style and the center can be reached in about 5 -10 minutes.

Your non-smoking terrace apartment 39RB5 has a size of approx. 60 qm and can be occupied by up to 4 people. In addition to the living room, there are two separate bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with a vanity, shower / toilet and permanently installed hair dryer. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and a wardrobe. In the comfortable living room there is a separate dining area and a cozy seating area with cable TV, free WiFi access and music system. Schnelle Schlüssel Übergabe und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig und zentral. 6 Minuten bis zur Einkaufsstraße und 10 Minuten bis zur Seebrücke. Viele Bäckereien in der näheren Umgebung.

Urlaub mit allem was man braucht!

Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattet mit den wichtigsten Dingen die man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Relativ zentral gelegen, Bäcker, Apotheke, Lebensmittelmärkte, Getränkemarkt alles in der Nähe. Auch zum Strand und zur Bummelmeile mit Lokalen, Souvenirs usw. nur ca. 10 Min. Gehweg. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und sind entspannt abgereist. Rügen immer wieder gerne!
