The light-filled apartment faces northeast and spans two floors, located on the first floor and first floor of the Dänholm building. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—the fine-sand, kilometer-long South Beach is just 130 metres away. The surrounding area offers numerous excursion options for your visit: the Prora Documentation Centre, the Prora Centre, the Rügen Classic Car Museum, the Rügen NVA Museum, the Galileo World of Knowledge Rügen, the Binz-Prora Climbing Forest, and the Rügen Natural Heritage Centre with its treetop trail, as well as the popular Karls Adventure Village in Zirkow. Within walking distance, you’ll find two bakeries, several bistros, a restaurant, small fashion and souvenir shops, and a bike rental shop. A sailing school is located about 3 km away. At the nearby Dormero Strandhotel (about 800 m), you can purchase day passes and enjoy the pool, sauna, and fitness area to your heart’s content.
