This beautiful villa in standard architecture will delight you with quality furniture and its comfort.
On the first floor there is a kitchen with dining and living room, two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a large covered terrace. On the second floor, to which an interior staircase leads, there are another 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms and a large spacious open terrace.
You have the possibility to enjoy your morning coffee on the upper terrace with partial sea view or spend pleasant moments on the covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
Nearby, at only 320 m from the house, there is a beautiful pebble beach with clean and clear sea and at only 800 m there is the sandy beach "Soline". The center of the village is only a short walk away. A visit to the nearby amusement park with children is highly recommended, but it is also worth visiting the national and nature parks of this region.
Whether to the beach or to the city, you can leave the car here.
