Modern, quiet and comfortable.
A modern hotel, with comfortable rooms. Although on a main road junction, the rooms are quiet and you hardly notice the traffic. The hotel supply complementary ear plugs, but I didn’t need to use them. Very convenient location too.

One of the best in Birmingham!
Great staff; helpfull, especially the chap on the bar in the evening. Nice pleasent standard double; clean, spacious, nice amenities. If you want a treat go for a higher grade room they are v nice.

Pleasant overnight stay
Pleasant hotel. Quite quiet. The bathroom seemed a bit outdated now with a shower over the bath. It would look fresher with a nice big shower tray and no bath and would make access easier. The bathroom was rather dark too.

It’s my 5th or 6th stay here name it’s my wife’s favourite hotel but this time I was asked if I pay a £50 deposit which they have never asked me the previous times that I stayed and she but I when I asked why she said we always ask for the deposit but when the people next to me was checking in they didn’t pay £50 deposit and it was my first time also even though I’ve stayed here now 6 times. Since I thought I’m a usual customer I will be getting a decent room but on the other hand I think I got the smallest room in the whole hotel which I didn’t think it was fair since they always upgrade me to a better room every time I stay and the view was horrendous which I had a view towards the roof of the holiday inn next door. I wasn’t satisfied at all and so wasn’t my parents it ruined our weekend and we just left after few hours.
