Staff was amazing at check in. She even called to check to make sure I was still coming. The room was comfortable and nice for this short stay. In a safe area with lots of restaurants and shopping.

We travel often and this is by far one of the worst hotels we stayed out. A room with doors falling off cabinets, faucet falling from wall, noisy AC unit, broken off coat hangers on walls, half the AC jacks didn't work, tv didn't work either. Cant call front desk from room and when we left for the day, someone used our toilet so floor was wet adn toilet was clogged. Went to tell desk, they just have me a gross pluger. I could go on and on but it's like they just gave us, never fixed things and raised the prices. DO NOT STAY HERE

My dad was in the hospital after a heart attack and we didn’t know how long we needed to stay. The manager was phenomenal and caring. While extending our reservation she was asking how my dad was, how I was after being up for 20 hrs she could tell I was exhausted, and asked if we needed additional room items, etc…very caring and if we owned a chain of hotels I’d make her the corporate trainer for managers. She wasn’t a corporate robot and I can’t tell you how much it meant to me after being awake in a hospital for so long. It wasn’t something that is expected these days in the corporate hotel business. I can’t tell you how much just the simplest things she said meant to me and my fiance. Thank you for hiring a compassionate and excellent employee !! Will always stay here again when we are back in town. Great hire !! And keep her please !! She’s a rarity for sure

We arrived about 4:15pm and was told our room wasn't ready. We asked how long it would be until a room was available. The person checking us in said they didn't know but we could wait in the lobby and she took our cell phone info. Other people were also waiting. About an hour into our wait the front desk person came to the lobby and handed out some rooms. She informed us we were next on the list. After waiting for about another hour we noticed the front desk checking in several people. I went to the front desk and asked why we weren't notified our room was ready. She said she couldn't leave the front desk because she had a line of people to check in. I don't see why they had priority over us who had been waiting almost 2 hours. So much for having reservations.
