This hotel is quite close to be pulse live venue. We used Uber to get to and from the show and it was only a little more than the £12.50 car park the NEC would charge. The stay was OK but the bed is the smallest we have slept in for a longtime.

Firstly no sofa bed was set up, Neither pillows or blanket is been put for third person. Staff wasn't look that much pleasent. Also charged 25 pound for parking which was not mention when i was booking. If a propert is call hotel it means they must a parking for car which should be free. This is another scam that you have to pay for your night stayy and also pay for your car as well. Monrning breakfast was awful. Not happy at all

Disappointed

Bed was uncomfortable, there was a cold draft and a lot of noise from the window even though it was firmly closed. Staff were friendly, location good for the NEC. Restaurant looked typically cheap, but pub next door was good.
