Sadly, this hotel is in dire need of an update. That said, dated is one thing and cleanliness is another. The floors in the rooms were filthy and stained. We had to purchase cheap flip flops to wear around our room for 3 nights.

Staff was not friendly. Hotel was a dump and run down. Fitness center was worse than a dump. No water no towels. Finally “cleaned” our room which meant they removed trash and towels and never brought new clean towels. Terrible for the amount we paid m. Never again.

I showed up to check in and was told that Hyatt cancelled my room. I’m a rewards member and everything. Had booked my room 3 days before. I never received a call no was Expedia notified. On a ball game weekend it was very hard to find a room.

Our bed had bugs everywhere. Attention is awful. Any real solution. And you always lose. A disgusting hotel, all dirty, dirty carpets, you don't even feel like eating. you lose your money, you lose your time, you lose your rest. never come to this hotel in your lives.

Will never stay here again! Elevators are in rough shape and don't operate smoothly. Rooms are dated which isn't a deal breaker. The rooms were clean but had an odd smell. We were missing fitted sheet on one bed. 1st night we had to go down to request bedding for the pull out sofa and towels since we were only given 3 sets for 6 people. 2nd night they didn't have towels for HOURS and then finally were able to give us 2 bath towels and 5 hand towels. They said they were out of towels. My suggestion to not run out of towels would be to service the rooms each day so you can get towels to wash. There isn't a way to hang towels to dry for reuse for 6 people in the room. The staff were nice and friendly but their processes are broken. Very disappointed and my expectations for Hyatt are now greatly lowered.
