We had to pack up our belongings and move to another floor at 11:00 at night. My daughter felt something crawling on her and when we pulled the blanket back there were bed bugs. If it wouldn't have been so late we would have left but we are not from here or familiar with the area. Now I will spend the first day of our official vacation making sure everything we have is clean. We are extremely disappointed. The front desk clerk acted like it was no big deal!

When I checked in, the front desk agent stated there was an emergency with the water. The water will be shut off until 9pm. They apologized but no compensation was offered for the inconvenience

I love the lady that checked us in Sha. She was very pleasant and helpful. The other ladies that worked along side her was just as helpful. When we wanted to get something to eat and drinks. And they made sure we had all we need.

This is a nice older facility. While the description stated it was walking distance to restaurants, there are no sidewalks and it’s on a busy 4 lane road.
