This property was conveniently located to the LDS temple. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable.
Mr. Carter said his room was nice.
Our room was fine except for the bathroom. We would not have stayed in the same room a 2nd night.
The bathroom in Room 306 was in rough shape. The shower rod was falling down. The sink basin material was cracked. The bathtub was chipped. The shower regulator (hot/cold) was confusing..

We stayed at the property on 10/6/23 and left a few objects in the room. I called the next day 10/07/23 after check out when we discovered them missing. It was later in the day. I was informed they took our number and that they found one object. I told them where the other object was and they told me the supervisor would be on staff on Monday 10-9-23 to call back then as it might be in her lock box. I called back and they did not find the object AND had rented the room out. Why would you rent the room knowing a guest left something in there and you haven’t recovered it yet. This COMPANY STOLE OR LET OUR OBJECT GET STOLEN WITH NO REGARDS!!! Don’t stay here don’t waste your money!! The bed was falling apart on one side the whole mattress was coming apart. You don’t get any amenities and when you ask they act like they don’t want to give you anything.

We will continue looking for it and I am sure you will be looking for it in your belongings. Thank you for the heads up regarding the bed and mattress. I will have that corrected. I am not sure what amenities you were looking for. All of our rooms have microwaves and refrigerators, coffee maker, iron & ironing board, HD TV, alarm clock radio, free wifi, and continental breakfast. We also have complimentary toiletries at the desk for guests who may need a toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, comb, shower cab, razor, and shaving cream. I wish you safe travels.

Online said the room accommodates 5. No way there’s room for 5 people in these rooms unless one person is tiny & willing to sleep on an 18” wide cushion alongside some seriously grungy curtains. Thank goodness we travel with an air mattress, although the rooms are so small that the air patterns was partially under the desk - no other space for it. The bathroom had a good amount of mold (even on the ceiling), the entire interior of the building could use a paint job (literally every wall & every door is badly scratched & chipped), The staff was lovely. The facility itself is sadly a dump.

I like the atmosphere the staff was friendly. Your breakfast Lady Lannis was very very nice and made sure everyone didn’t run out of anything. I can’t tell you that I didn’t like anything about the hotel it was very pleasant.
