Only 10 minutes from the airport and 7 minutes from the hospital. From this prime location, you can easily embark on exciting adventures in Birmingham and the surrounding region. When it's time to unwind, retreat to the comfort of your cozy apartment.

Our inviting studio apartment strikes the perfect balance between style and coziness, providing you with a true home-away-from-home experience in the heart of Downtown. Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a convenient Keurig coffee maker. Alternatively, sink into the plush sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV. Stay connected with our complimentary high-speed WiFi during your stay.

We provide four towels and washcloths for your convenience. Additionally, one parking spot is allocated for you in the building's parking deck. If you have more than one vehicle, street parking is available nearby.

Please note that we do not provide cable or streaming services. However, you can easily access popular streaming platforms such as Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more using your personal accounts.

Check-in time is at 3 PM CST, and check-out time is at 10 AM CST. If you require a late check-out, time extensions are available at an additional cost of $25 per hour, with the latest check-out time being 12 PM CST.

As responsible hosts, we adhere to the local and state regulations regarding the maximum occupancy of our premises. We kindly request that you also comply with these regulations to avoid any legal consequences. Before making your booking, please verify the number of beds available, as the occupancy limit may differ. Please refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings, as we prioritize maintaining a peaceful environment. Rest assured that we respect your privacy; however, we do have a doorbell camera and a noise sensor to monitor noise levels inside the apartment. Please treat the home with care and respect the privacy and comfort of our neighbors.
