I really enjoyed a lot and the special thing that I want to say, thank you so much for the help of receptionist, I Donât know whatâs her name but she was fantastic, friendly for me, because today I no feel very well, she was ready to help me. She is a lovely and good person. She maked my day more happy, I never will be forget because itâs hard when I travel alone, I donât know too much about the city, and she gived me all the support and corage.
Thank you so much and God bless you đ
Wi-Fi only worked in lobby. No desk space for computer work even though it said there would be in the room. Shared bathroom was sub-par, with neither hand dryer nor hand tissues.
My recent stay at Ph - The room was clean, and the bed was comfortableâno complaints. The staff were generally good and helpful. One of the male staff members was exceptionally kind and provided genuine assistance, which I really appreciated. I didnât catch his name, but he was on the night shift on 12th March and 19th March. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay again.
P.S. Just a small piece of feedback: Having handwash in the kitchen would be much appreciated.
After booking a hotel minutes later I was sent a rejected stay even though the fees were taken. I was stranded and on the streets at midnight. I quickly went online booked a room with Expedia and within 30 minutes. I was checked in. The room was warm and inviting and very clean and I was so happy to be safe indoors.
This property is quite well located, close to the train station and with walkable distance from the city centre and the main pier area. I didnât like though to be told by a lady from the night staff that I could not stay in the main are bar to eat my own food I bought elsewhere because apparently they were doing an event of some sort. That area is also included in the hostel, as far I could see. Luckily there was some seating available inside the main doors. The room was fine but the bed was too low, almost reaching the floor, so not much comfortable. Good overall but could be better.
We totally enjoyed the time we stayed in the PHhostel with the three staff we saw, very friendly, funny and very helpful when we needed anything.
We only had one issue we didnât like and that was the bathroom situation as each time we went to it, we found it to be dirty, no toilet roll or very messy.
