Mathew was really helpful,I was given complimentary breakfast as a birthday gift and my room was upgraded also,nice clean and very soft bed. Breakfast had many options. I will be visiting again soon

Got stuck in the lift at one point and couldn’t go to any floor. The tv wasn’t working aswell so had to call staff up. And overall cleanliness was okay. Got woken up by a loud bang at night time. Staff were okay, at reception I told them I paid for parking already through a parking app and one of them said I had to pay £2000 fine as it wasn’t their policy, which I didn’t find funny.

Air conditioning was broken and stayed on hot. We were charged for two rooms and the refund process is proving very challenging. We were charged more for the car parking than originally told. An extremely disappointing experience!

Business stay - 5 nights

Comfortable room, nicely furnished and great shower. Quite small though and a bit tight to move around. I spent a week and had to work in the room. Quiet in the hotel (well sound proofed) but noise came from the road outside. Cars tended to be used for street cruising.

The environment comfortable and relaxing All the staff where very friendly and helpful Matthew was truly amazing, friendly and accommodating, The service was excellent to a high standard, however it would be nice if the breakfast tables where cleaned as soon as possible before the next seating All the shops close to hand

Great staff, but over priced for what you get.

Staff was lovely and very helpful, however the room had terrible WIFI and no cell service. Room was also tired and had stains on the carpet. Fine to stay at but not worth the money.

Initial GB£ 50.00 deposit required at reception, even though room booked and paid for in advance, advised approx 7-10 days to credit balance back. Disappointing room located directly behind the lift shafts, needless to say made for broken nights sleep. Bathroom, shower door wouldn't close wet bathroom floor, reported to reception on check out. Limited bar menu for food, car parking expensive (very expensive at GB£ 26.00), overall very average, especially for the price and star rating of the hotel chain.
