Baseball Tournament stay

The house was clean, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Bedrooms were spacious and comfy. Not much sitting room in the living room. One couch was not enough seating for our family. The neighborhood was not what i was expecting.

Long weekend

Host is very responsive. Cute home with plenty of room for the 7 of us. Decorated like pictures. Everything was clean inside. Host has it supplied well with towels, kitchen supplies and furniture. Nice backyard that is fenced in with a new deck! Would recommend and stay there again. Only issue we had was a neighbor across the street blaring rap music at 6 am when he left in his vehicle.

Race weekend

The Bungalow was clean and true to the pictures on the site. Very comfortable and convenient to restaurants etc. Owner was very quick to respond to questions and if we had any problems (in which we did not) I believe he would have been on top of things to help us. Only 40 minutes from Talladega so the guys loved the closeness to the track.

Great stay

Had a great time staying in Birmingham at this property. The place was very clean and looked as advertised. It perfectly suited our needs for the stay. Checking in was a breeze due to the prompt communication from the property manager. The welcome packet was easy to understand and had a plethora of good information. Definitely recommend this place. Nice house….neighborhood not so much

The house is a clean 4br 2ba older style ranch home with all amenities mentioned in the listing. Most surprising was the neighborhood which can be best described as “lower income middle class”. We decided to stay after a lengthy discussion I was armed and made sure all windows and doors were locked and exterior lights left on. Tin summary, a nice 4br 2ba clean home, responsive host, iffy neighborhood.

Cute house!

Property was as described in the listing. It was a little smaller than I was expecting, but it worked for me and my family. The host was very good at communicating with me, and asnswering any questions I had. I really appreciated that there was packet of information regarding everything about the house, and the how to things. We would definitely stay at this place again in the area.
