The space The heart of the property is the generous open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, designed for relaxed, sociable stays. Adjacent to this, the dining area comfortably seats the whole group, while the inviting lounge features deep sofas, stylish armchair and bio ethanol fireplace. Large bifold doors open directly onto the outdoor areas, creating a seamless connection between inside and out.
A separate bar/ entertainment room offers a fantastic additional space to unwind. With a pool table that doubles up as table tennis, Omni dart board set up, PlayStation 5 plus games, a music system where you can play a collection of vinyl, CDs or Amazon music, and a large television where you can enjoy movies from a large collection of DVDs. The seating is comfortable, it's perfect for friendly competitions, movie nights or giving younger guests their own area to relax.
Located on the lower ground floor, the property offers three beautifully presented bedrooms, all with natural lighting via roof glazing finished in calm and contemporary tones. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV with Sky and an en-suite complete with walk in shower, WC and basin. The second bedroom is a comfortable double, also with TV and Sky, while the third bedroom is a flexible twin, with zip-and-link beds to create a super-king if preferred (please contact us at the time of booking to make this request). The separate family bathroom has a shower, free-standing bath, WC and basin.
Outside, the landscaped grounds provide several places to sit back and enjoy the peaceful rural setting. Covered outdoor seating for relaxing and dining. Enjoy al fresco dining, making full use of the outdoor kitchen complete with gas-fired BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven. The hot tub is private and covered, where you can relax those aches and pains away. This makes it easy to relax outdoors, whatever the weather, with open countryside views completing the experience.
