Great View, 75 inch TV, dedicated work space, quiet neighbors. Safe place to stay. Come enjoy everything that Birmingham has to offer! This condo is on the third floor and will require you to walk up stairs.

Midtown living
Great location to meet our needs for our Lakeview event. The three floor walk-up was a bit of a chore and outdoor lighting was needed. Great condo, plenty of room for two couples. Enjoyed it!

Property was conveniently located to college. Host was responsive. Only complaint is lack of towels. Four guests (women) need more than 1 towel and one wash rag per person for a 3 night stay! When we asked for additional towels that request was not responded to.

Great Place, Great Stay!!
This condo was a great find! We enjoyed the unique floor plan! The unit was spacious with plenty of room in the main open area. The decor was nice and inviting – we felt right at home. The location of the unit was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed staying downtown! Parking was great. There is a dedicated space, which was nice since we were in town for a conference and returned late each night. Well lit at night and very quiet. Thanks Blake! We hope to return here for future visits to Birmingham!

Convenient location
This is a very nice place and the Host is a nice person. Perfectly located to get around the metroplex easily. Quality TVs, bedding, etc. There were 4 of us and we were never crowded. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great location
We had a concert & it was very convenient to downtown restaurants & bars. Great balcony. The only downside is the 3 flights of stairs you have to go up & the code for getting into the outside gate was a bit tedious. But would definitely stay again.
