To get to the room required taking a lift up two floors, walking around the building, then descending stairs (or taking a lift) to another floor. We originally paid extra for a better room, with spa use but the facilities were so far away this was unreasonable. The receptionist was helpful and switched us to a nearer but lesser quality room but couldn't refund the difference (even though it was a cheaper room) because the price on the day wasn't cheaper than we had paid a week or so before. It really soured our stay.
