The main problem we had was that the apartment wasn’t ready & cleaned for our check in time. And I wasn’t informed that it was ready, so when we turned up we didn’t know if we could get in

Spacious and comfortable accommodation
The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is tram service close to the accommodation but we chose to walk into the centre of Birmingham, it took about 20 minutes.
