The property is situated in the laid-back seaside town of Birżebbuġa in the south of Malta. A great base for beach lovers and history buffs, the town is known for its welcoming atmosphere, sandy beaches, and rich archaeological heritage.

The crystal-clear swimming spots of Il Kalanka Bay, Hofriet Bay are both approximately a 10-minute drive away and the well-known fish market of Marsaxlokk is a 25-minute walk from the accommodation. From here, visitors can catch a boat to St Peter’s Pool, Freeport and the prehistoric sites of Borg in-Nadur and Għar Dalam.

For beach days, Pretty Bay, one of the few sandy beaches in Malta, is just a 10-minute walk from the accommodation and ideal for families, with calm waters, a seafront promenade, and plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.

Beyond the beach, Birżebbuġa is home to some of Malta’s most important prehistoric and historic sites. The Għar Dalam Cave and Museum (a 10-minute walk) features fossilised remains and tools from Malta’s earliest inhabitants, while Borġ in‑Nadur (a 2-minute walk) offers a glimpse into a Bronze Age settlement complete with megalithic structures and ancient walls. Guests will find s restaurant less than a minute\'s walk away and a grocery store a 2-minute stroll away.
