The room was so spacious and well appointed, very clean and bright. The deck was just magnificent! The kids and adults loved looking at the sights and enjoyed their time outside. We made Christmas dinner in the kitchen, and there was room for everyone to help out. And the pool table was a focal point for everyone to gather for several rounds of fun. James was so helpful, providing the kids with free snacks and drinks, and with additional linens to make everyone comfortable. We will definitely stay again! Thank you Carrick staff for helping us have a wonderful family Christmas!

Lovely check-in attendant but the hotel information is entirely misleading. The renovation is cheap and dirty with filthy area for “continental breakfast” which is simply packaged, processed junk food. The carpet is filthy dirty and the area dark and unpleasant. We booked 2 nights and left after the first night … could not take the musty, dark unpleasant hotel. I would not recommend staying here .. the cost is exorbitant and does not reflect value.

Staff, James, was amazing. Amenities were great, lots of snacks and drinks in the lobby. We were cold and James brought a space heater. Continental breakfast is a little misleading. There was a small hallway frig with milks, juices, cereal and fresh fruit. One of the loveseats had a broken spring and leg so was unusable. Bathtub grout should probably be replaced.

I recently stayed at The Carrick Hotel in Bisbee, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The building itself has so much character—historic charm blended with modern comfort. My room was spotless, stylish, and surprisingly spacious, with fantastic view from our bed was amazing. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Old Bisbee, steps away from shops, galleries, and great restaurants. I loved being able to walk everywhere. What really made the stay special was the hospitality. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared that I had a great experience. If you’re planning a trip to Bisbee, The Carrick is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be returning!

James. at the fromt desk, was welcoming and friendly. We greatly appreciated that he helped us up the stairs with our oversized bags and found a parking spot for us during a very busy weekend. The room we stayed in was clean, the beds were comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. However, due to a music festival that was going on causing hotel rooms to be in high demand. The price we paid was much too high for the room we stayed in. The decor was minimal and there were several repairs that needed to be made in our room. The dishwasher was broken so we washed a few dishes by hand resulting in water gushing out from under the sink and dishwasher area, the light in the kitchen was flickering, skylights were under repair etc. We appreciated that they had complimentary snacks available in the lobby and the lower level of the hotel. However, when we got home and looked at the bill there was an additional $20 hotel fee included. The fee was to cover the snacks they offered and use of their gym. I would only recommend staying at this hotel if they are offering a decent room rate.
