In the residential area of Hautes Rives on the heights of the Lake, we offer you a beautiful single storey house in the middle of the pines, in a quiet environment and not directly overlooked, which can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for a stay of a week or more with family or friends.
You are a stone's throw from the lake beach, which is 300 meters from the house, perfect for boat or paddle rides. You are also close to the Aqua Park, the largest inflatable water park in Europe, as well as 6km from ocean beaches and surf schools. The house includes: an entrance / pantry, a large living room with TV corner (no WIFI, possibility to rent a box), a fully equipped semi-open kitchen, a shower room and bathroom each with WC. Three bedrooms facing the rising sun: 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 90 x 190 which can be pushed together into a single large bed, 1 bedroom with an electric bed 160 (2 x 80) x 200. A outside a large plot of land where you can admire the pine trees, a terrace on the east side with its furniture where you can enjoy your meals or cocktails. A second terrace is available on the SOUTH side. It is possible to park within the property. A sunny vacation is waiting for you!
