Refurbished in February 2018 🛠🔩, this accommodation is equipped with:
-2 bedrooms with the possibility of 3 beds for each thanks to the added bed drawers.
-1 bathroom with shower, hand basin and storage (hair dryer provided). Possibility of providing bath sheets as supplements.
-1 wall cupboard upstairs.
-1 living room with sofa bed that can accommodate 2 beds, television, wifi.
-1 fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, mini-oven, senseo coffee maker, washing machine, hood).
-1 sanitary

In the garden, sunbathing, barbecue and cocoon night😎😎😎, everything has been done to make you feel good during your stay.
Access to the Residence is secure, so you will have a badge to activate the automatic barrier to access your private parking space located right in front of the house. (Visitor places are also available) .🚗🏍

Oui les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés Nous étions pas loin des plages atlantique de la dune de Pyla d Arcachon du cap Ferret et puis le chien pouvait se baigner et nous aussi dans le lac qui se trouve a 250 M de la location et pleins de rando autour des vacances très agréable

il n,y a rien à proximité pour promener à part le lac, mais interdit aux chiens. les plages sont grandes et propres. les chemins pour les randonnées sont souvent avec du sable...L,appartement est bien, surtout l'exterieur.Il manque une clim car cette année il faisait exceptionnellement chaud

Maison de vacances où rien ne manque, avec un petit jardin bien clôturé (pratique pour les animaux ). Je ne savais pas que c'était une maison mitoyenne, ce que je n'apprécie pas. Mais en cette saison creuse je n'ai pas été gênée. Contrat de location démesuré par rapport à la maison, bien trop d'exigences par rapport à toutes mes précédentes locations bien supérieures à celle-ci. Très bon séjour dans cet location fonctionnelle Nous étions 2 adultes et deux enfants (4 ans et 2 ans et demi). Logement idéal a 4, extérieur très sympa. Nous avons loué les vélos de la propriétaire, gros plus. Proche du lac, facilement accessible en vélo pour les petits. Propriétaire réactive. Fantastic stay by the lake

We had a wonderful and pleasant stay at the house. The garden is fantastic and our little dog enjoyed it very much. On the minus side there is a black mulberry tree which casts a much appreciated shadow but it kept dropping mulberries around it which was a little annoying, other than that we spend most of the time on the porch area which is great to hang around. The inside of the house is very well appointed with anything you might need and very confortable to live in. Overall it was a fantastic place for a short vacation.

Très bon séjour, location avec jardin bien clos pour les premières vacances avec notre berger australien. Idéalement situé à côté du lac belles balades en vélo, Pédalo. Très bon accueil à l arrivée et au départ !
