The place looked like a war zone. Hallways and elevator were dirty. Couldn't use pool because thetrs no staff to keep order. Staff was good. Had to move rooms toilet flooded around midnite. Next room had water in light fixture.

The pictures don’t show the sides that make it look like it’s a projects advertise as a pool, which was broken advertises the steakhouse which only serves burgers the room was dirty and small kids running around making noise at night in the hallway, slamming door and nobody does anything about it up until after midnight Absolutely ridiculous not worth the money

The service was great and everyone was very nice and helpful, but the only negative thing about the hotel experience was that there was some black mold and water damage on the ceiling. We had some problems with car alarms in the parking lot but the front desk was very and moved us with ease.

The hotel overall was not clean; trashcans over flowing, elevator had not been cleaned in a long time, carpet dirty, all doors were beat up. In the room the tub was very old, with mat stains. The only positive was the water was hot. Not a good experience.

Rolled in at around 1 am local time, they disnt have our reservation even tho i proved that we had one. Then made me stand there with my wife and 2 kids while she figured everything out by calling her manager. The service guy was there behind the desk and the clerk continously stopped helping us to address him. Would not recommend this place. Really run down, our headboards in our room were all torn up and the property is falling apart. But at this point we just wanted to sleep after a 19 hour day.

Pros and cons

The cons: The King bed was hard, the pillows weren’t much better, the tub/shower didn’t drain, and when there was a party breaking loose from 2:30-4am in the hall and in all surrounding rooms no one would answer the phone for the front desk and the front desk button on our room phone was broken!! 😡 The pro’s: nice gentleman during the day at front desk, temperature was comfortable, large hotel room fridge, fun pool and nice looking bar but didn’t have time to check out the bar.

Property seemed great, staff was very nice. Not sure what happened, but 2 or 3 times throughout the night we had someone giggling our door knob as if to see if it were open. At about 830am the cleaning guy tried to enter, thank god we had the saftey bolt on. Breakfast was excellent, huge selection. Clean and nice but odd experiece we had.

The first room we were given was in terrible shape. We were moved to a second room which was not as bad but only had one towel and one washcloth provided! The man at the desk tried to be helpful but this place needs some serious renovation!

This hotel was a disaster, a filthy, dirty, mess! I booked here because the Expedia pictures gave the impression the property was well kept, outside of our check-in,everything else was disgusting. Dirty, noisy, and it smelled like a pot festival, even at 2:30 in the morning when I took our dogs out to go potty. Stay away!
