Two out three times I waited over 15 minutes for help at the front desk. Ended up just leaving. Staff seems disconnected.

Close to everything including our favorite restaurant. The room was not clean, sticky stuff on the carpet, and a pink mildewy shower curtain.

Extreme long wait to check in, had single king bed and not two queens which originally thought I signed up for. (Hide a bed worked but extremely uncomfortable.)

The place was filthy, the carpeting in the whole hotel was filthy , the breakfast area was closed because of COVID I think the least of their worries is COVID with as dirty as it was

Our room does not have climate control in the seoarate living space, so it was super hot in one room and ice cold in another. The elevator was very dirty. Pool area and slide are awesome for kiddos.
