This is the second time we booked this hotel. The first time we were in a room that looked like the ceiling had caved in and they just patched it up themselves. The second time we were in a room that had a huge sticky spot in the carpet (absolutely disgusting). The last trip was for a death in the family and we did not have time to complain and move rooms so we just sucked it up. We were there for eight days and after 5 I had to go ask them to clean our room. We also were able to check out a day early and since we booked through Travelocity, they keep our money for the last day. It is obvious that these owners are squeezing every penny they can out of this property without investing anything but basic maintenance (and you have to ask for that).

Was very dirty and ran down! There was toothpaste in our sink from the last people and black stuff in the shower that would have easily been gone if it was clean. TWO THUMBS DOWN ON CLEANLINESS

The first room we entered had a large water-spot in the ceiling and ceiling texture hanging down- very bad smell. Front desk had one attendant who took us to another room, dirty carpets and broken sheetrock in that room. Furniture was missing trim pieces and stained. Housekeepers were still in the halls working on rooms and it was after 9pm. We had been traveling all afternoon so we took the second room even though it was in poor condition. We didn't eat at the breakfast buffet in the morning after looking at the condition of the lobby in the daylight.... definitely won't return.
