Courtesy from staff. Clean rooms. The price was right a not far from mall so that was great. But staying on first floor by lounge was hard to sleep loud , slamming doors. The only issue was the air conditioning/ heating unit in the room was so dirty, I cleaned it before turning it on the best i could which included the screen filters caked with tons of dust . But once clean turning it on the air and heating system smelled better. Room was ok and bed was decent.

It was missing sheets for the couch so we had to go down and get them at 10pm, hot tub work once in a while switch shorting out 4 days later no changes. Last day housekeeping took off sheets on couch folded it in left everything on other bed so we could do it. Same breakfast 4 days later no changes put in multiple complaints and got so sorry here’s 3 bottles of water. I would stay clear of this one as they need to do better. Worst place I have stayed in a long time.

12/25/2025 flew into Bismarck. Last minute hotel reservation due to ice storm and no travel advised. No places open to eat because it was Christmas. Staff took our family of 4 into the breakfast area and told us to make ourselves and home and eat/drink whatever we wanted.
