Welcome to Easy Livin' on the golf course in Bismarck! This spacious yet cozy property provides space for large groups, families, friends and co workers for a enjoyable stay. Whether you plan on staying over the holidays, visiting family, or here for work, you won't get bored with the game room, Hulu Plus, books, pool table, dart board, hot tub, outdoor space and board games provided! If you have tiny humans, we have coloring books, crayons, and children's books. Enjoy the hot tub out back, the grill and patio furniture. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Pac n play and high chair available upon request. Our goal is to make your stay feel like you’re at home and easy! Had a water issue in the basement bedroom that we had to notify the property owner/manager about. They had a contractor come over same day, but they ended up moving the bed to the living room so they could put fans in the bedroom. Not a huge deal as the basement living room was not the main entertainment area. However I was disappointed that we had to inform them of an issue that had obviously been there for a few days as there was a musty smell in the basement. They did give us a small refund.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Easy Living! Our children enjoyed the pool table and games! It is quiet neighborhood and everyone slept amazing! We loved being close to everything on the south side of town! The big back yard made exercising our dog very convenient! We would definitely stay at this property again!

We came to town for a graduation. The house was great, nice and clean, and Nikohl was quick to respond to any messages. There was plenty if room fir our big group and the hottub was a perfect addition to relax in.

Loved the house - super clean, super comfy. Couple things: the master bedroom door sticks and requires a big shove to open and the kitchen island is really wobbly. Appreciated the coffee!

Great place for a family reunion!

Great place to stay! It was clean, beds were comfortable, and a convenient location. Nikhol was very responsive and accommodating. We had family from Montana and Minnesota so this was an easy in-between place to meet.

Very cool house!

Great location. Really cool house. Hot tub was very clean and didn’t have an overwhelming chlorine smell. Beautiful yard with a golf course in the backyard. From looking at the pictures the yard seemed to be fully fenced in but it is not. (Black chain link fence from Menards looks sharp especially for the cheap price and ease of install ) Which would be great since it is a pet friendly location which is tougher to find. We will be trying to stay here again when we come to town next.

great location, huge house

super easy location... minutes from dining and entertainment. the backyard is a golf course which was quiet and beautiful. plenty of room for us to stretch out, and the beds were very comfortable. Owner was ultra responsive when i couldn't find the towels (they were right in front of me, coffee hadn't kicked in yet). we will definitely be returning to this house.

Stayed from Friday-Monday and had a great time. Stayed with my wife and kids. The home is great for adults and kids alike. Loved the coffee bar, hot tub and pool table. The home was clean and well put together. When we come to Bismarck in the future, this will be our first choice if available.

The home provided a great space for us to gather in the evenings with family making a sad event an enjoyable one reuniting family members traveling from multiple states. The only drawback was the lack of handrails in a couple areas, the front entry and the stairs to bedroom in the basement. There were a couple elderly visitors, and the stairs were a concern.

Family of 10 in town for a wedding and it was nice find a place where we could all be together! Unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy the amenities like the hot tub, pool table, and beautiful deck and back yard. Everything you could want!

We loved the space and detail to this home. There was something for everyone. The appointments to the house were well done. The kitchen was complete in every way. The bedding was very comfortable, clean and fresh. The house was located in a lovely neighborhood, close to things you would want to do during your visit. I hope we'll have a chance to return.
