Really a nice house in a wonderful country setting. Close to activities, a short drive to town, lake, Hot Springs. The owners are very helpful and responsive. We had an emergency back home and departed early, but the owners were very helpful and understanding. I’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing find near Lake DeGray & Universities

We were happy to find this listing on VRBO for our trip to visit our college students in Arkadelphia! The house was just as described, very clean and spacious! The owners were excellent in communicating with us and we are looking forward to coming back again soon!

Breath of fresh air

Such a nice place! Felt modern but cozy. We visited during the solar eclipse and it turned out to be perfect location. There are numerous windows so you get beautiful light and nice views of surrounding woods. It was mostly quiet while we were there- but this property is part of trio of homes on hill overlooking a pond so when the other guests are outside you can hear them occasionally. Also the pond is not part of property, so you can’t access BUT it is great for birding. I was delighted to see a scissor tail flycatcher one morning. Overall happy with our stay. Would love to see them get some new sheets- I can’t stand the synthetic ones - so hot!

Absolutely Amazing!!

This property is even more lovely in person. Our son plays baseball for Ouachita and we travel from Dallas to watch him play as often as possible. This was absolutely the perfect spot as we were only 10 minutes from the baseball fields and 30ish minutes from Hot Springs where we usually end up going when we are in town. Besides the incredible location the property is just precious. Enough room to enjoy watching a movie as a family. Sitting around the table to have a meal and the beds were great! My son requested we only stay here from now on as it was like a vacation from the dorm life :-) Wonderful property!! Thank you for sharing with us!

Absolutely Perfect!

We hail from Texas and have been traveling to Arkadelphia to visit our daughter there for the last 5-6 years. We have always had to stay in a hotel there which there are not many and are not very nice but charge like they are. Not any more! This property was just perfect. It was beautiful! Made us feel at home and enough room for us to share time with our daughter-our son-in-law and our precious 1 year old granddaughter! We will be back and bring more Texas family with us! Thank you for this place!
