Our second stay at Ramada Bismarck was good. The pool was nice, the beds were comfy. I loved the sauna. The TV/entertainment options were limited. The toilet ran all the time. It's an old property, and needs updating. Everything seems dirty. Evening desk staff guy was not rude, but very awkward. Breakfast was fantastic!

There were NO bath towels supplied in the room, the tv remote didn't work right, the pillows were awful and they only give you 2 per bed. Also, i was not informed that the hot tub was out of order, which is the one amenity i wanted to use. The morning desk girl was rude.

The pool was great and the breakfast the next morning was really good. The check in staff was friendly and made everything easy and pleasant. This was the 3rd hotel in this price range we’d stayed at in this trip and it felt like an upgrade from the others.

Not a relaxing stay.

Very run down. Old lumpy bed, teeny tiny pillows. I skipped having a shower because of the color of the tub. It definitely didn’t help that the biker gang staying down the hallway partied all night with no response from front desk.

The entry sidewalks had hazardous spots for tripping. Glass doors needed cleaning. Bits of garbage were in the parking lot. The door to our room #141, was very hard to close-tight fit. The room was quite comfortable. Nice shower. Some of the front desk personnel were less than hospitable-no smiles, not welcoming. Lack of desire for simple social interaction.

The room was not the cleanest. There was stuff on the walls. The pillows were half the size of a normal pillow and I felt gross being in the room. Our door was also very hard to close and lock.
