To ensure the best experience for everyone, here are a few key details:
   •   This is a private, fully separate walkout basement suite
   •   We (the owners) live upstairs in the main home
   •   You will have your own private entrance, parking area, and outdoor space
   •   While the spaces are separate, you may occasionally hear light, normal household noise from above
