The staff where very friendly and the room we had booked was good and the beach view was amazing the service was okay they need to have someone to come and clean the bedrooms that one thing we didn’t not like but otherwise it okay okay for us to stay at oh and if you ever want to book here they don’t do breakfast that was another point we picked up on it was very hard for us because we are strict vegetarians so we found it very hard to find a good vegetarian restaurant

I booked 2 room one with 2 single beds which the room was far to small i also booked a room with a seaview which was great.The manager of the hotel was amazing helping my mum who is in a wheelchair and also helped with our bags to our rooms which i thought was a nice touch to welcome us and any problems we had was looked at right away nothing was to much trouble for him and we also left a day early because of the weather and he offered us a free one night stay if we return.

Excellent stay, the owner was very attentive. The family room has an amazing view of the beach and the promenade! Really good location close to Central Pier and the onsite parking was great. Thank you for a great trip!

The hotel hosts where very pleasant and very helpful and we enjoyed the stay the owner of the hotel did explain that he had only been there for 3 months and the hotel was work in progress we wish him the best of luck and thanks again

Had a good stay, but the hotel is in need of updating especially the bathroom in the room we stayed in. Also in places needs a good clean but i had a good stay, the staff very friendly and i would stay again

Was ok for what was needed the (ex BandB) back in its day was probably thriving with breakfasts etc in the morning - this is literally for me good for a one night stay we had four nights but was glad to get home today - make sure you have £7 a day for the parking too as they want it in cash and not card - and like to remind you until it’s payed for! Would avoid in future would book at hotels with free parking and breakfast options in the morning this wasn’t something on offer pics of tables and stage make it look like there’s chance of entertainment etc but it’s just a basic head down!
