Staff were helpful. Bed not to bad for 1 night stay. Bathroom had mold on the tiles leaky under the sink. The toilet very low like its sunk so if your tall not the ideal loo. Could of had more than 2 sachets of coffee as many people dont use 1 for a mug. Pretty dull view back end of property steps from.my window so would of thought the rate would of been a bit lower than what i paid. Hotel does need some updating the carpet is well worn throughout the hotel. No.parking which isnt ideal if you were there longer than a night. Further up the road Talbot parking they charge £10 for 24 hours. As long as you enter your reg number at reception . Lifts had a few issue but maybe a temporary issue.

Hotel handy for theatre and the promenade. The room was very cold when we arrived and it took couple of visits from the staff to get it to acceptable temperature. The bathroom stay cold throughout our stay , so we didn’t shower . The staff were helpful and friendly.will stay again

The staff member who checked us in was fantastic, comfy bed, good size room - could have done with a comfortable chair or two. However, the bathroom was mouldy with broken tiles, carpet was ripped & lifted, tv was either red or green tinged, the entry smelt strongly of cigarettes continuously.

Like situation thats fab didnt like the first room it was 318 the smell of damp was terrible across the 3rd floor i complained about this so was moved to second floor room 218 which had no smell so was happy to be moved

The hotel could do with a revamp , one of the lifts were not working. Carpets were filthy with stains and the corridors leading to your room were very musty smelling unclean and overall shabby. Would give this a 2*

The window was falling out off bracket ( but did fix after reporting) very dirty windows Toothpaste around tap . Not been hoovered . Black hairs on mattress. Old water left in kettle

Great bargain hotel! Fab location

For £64 in Blackpool we weren’t sure what to expect! But great little spot on north pier with a full sea view beach view! Above Turtle Bay but surprisingly quiet! Bed clean and fresh thank goodness! Bathroom could have just done with a deep clean but for £64 we were happy for the evening! Staff on reception lovely and helpful Thanks all

Basic hotel, staff seem friendly but the cleanliness was awful, stains in the shower, mould in the tiles and I'm not sure what stains were on the curtains.

Big, but outdated!

The room was very big and had an ocean view. The windows were stuck closed and so we could not have any ocean breeze. The windows were so old and condensed that we could not really see out of them. The mattress had a pee stain and smelled of it. We noticed this the last morning, as a sheet had come off.
