The way they advertise it is not what it is we haven't seen those lights on our bedroom window nothing like what they say it is we came expecting that at night we will be watching lights and see Blackpool tower it came as a surprise to us the way the photos that they used to advertise the hotel it's two different things apart from that the hotel is ok I think is you get what you pay for the bathroom sink was blocked dirty water coming out staff very good good welcoming and the approach was good.not Sure will use the hotel again.

We had a great stay only negative was you never informed them we had 2 dogs so we had to go up 2 flights, and one dog was blind and had to be carried, but Sarah the mamagrr er I think was friendly and helpful.

2 NIGHT FAMILY STAY

Only stayed 1 night, couldn't face 2. Was charged a ÂŁ50 cash bond.The mattresses were covered in cling film, not very comfortable. Office blinds were stapled at the bottom. They dont have plugs for the sinks. I had to move the refreshments table to get to the only plug socket for the kettle. The socket was behind the wardrobe and the bathroom light switch was down the other side of the wardrobe. Nothing to sit on except the bed. Do not book this hotel. We did not take any photos.

We booked this place as a last minute booking, so we didnt know what to expect. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. We managed to park at the back of the building. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. It was very hot though as the heating was on, but once turned off, the room went much cooler. The beds were very comfortable, and the view was quite nice. The toilet was a bit dodgy, but it didnt cause much of an issue. For the price of the rooms, you cant complain. It was a nice stay, and if we came back to blackpool, wed go back here.

It was ok where we stayed although should have reviewed a bit more in depth as wife's needs with her disability to manage the stairs hadn't taken into account so really must check for ground floor accommodation in future to be fair. Not the hotels fault as take full responsibility for this. ÂŁ10 parking was handy just at back of hotel. ÂŁ50 deposit which would be returned after room checked wasnt a problem either

ÂŁ71 fortnight family room so just expected what we paid for a bed for the night.. was very surprised from the moment we entered was a lively welcome nice clean room and comfy bed pool room for a little play was very impressed and would definitely go again. Was just off sea front too so not right in the noisy street but on the side street was perfect. Complimentary tea coffee in room too.

Would stay here again

We was impressed when we was given our room, for the price we paid you couldn’t fault it. The room and bedding was very clean and tidy. Plenty of tea and coffee supplied in the room. The towels were very soft and fluffy. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve slept in with a memory foam mattress, the pillows were lovely and soft. We was able to get a parking spot on the road outside the hotel, however they do have parking on site at a cost, The lady on reception was really welcoming and friendly. We would stay here again with no hesitation

My 3 Days in Blackpool

We arrived, and I was wary because when I booked,it was quite cheap! However, on arrival, we were rather early so we could only register, not book in. The young man Dawid was extremely polite. we were shocked at first, as I hadn't noticed in the reservation description, that a ÂŁ50 deposit per room was taken, and was returned as we checked out, an older gentleman who was in attendance at the time said just take for one room, we obviously looked honest, and perhaps were older than the normal clientele! ha! ha! Also we had to pay for the parking, I understood it was limited, but again shocked it was ÂŁ10 a night. But to be quite honest this wasn't a large problem, but I would have again liked to have known before, when I first booked, but did I miss these 2 things, perhaps this was in small print? No idea! But it was really only a small problem. I must admit, it would have been nice to have had a lift, we live in a bungalow, I was 2.5 flights up, my sister 2, but again, not really a disaster. It just wore us out! Ha! Ha! We were very impressed that our room had been cleaned and a change of towels on our 2nd day, I wasn't really bothered as we left today, but this helps to get a gold star! I always judge by cleanliness and the shower, both of these were excellent. Along with very polite staff! Having not been to Blackpool for 49 years, I was shocked how the area was quite run down as a pleasure beach, it really wasn't so pleasutrable! But las Palmas was Grand!

Stayed for 1 week with the wife and did not receive clean towels or bedding.The room was nice despite this and very clean upon arrival thankfully. The main issue i had was the parking as it was very difficult to get to due to the long and extremely narrow entrance. If you have anything besides a small hatchback i would definitely reccomend finding elsewhere to park. Our stay was still more than worth the money as the price was very reasonable for what i received.
