I stayed for 2 nights midnight week September and found the staff very pleasant,room was very clean. I didn't have food or go the pool which are both an extra cost. My only criticism would be you have to pay to park outside the hotel which is off road on their property. £6-50 24hrs

We liked the overall effect and effort of the hotel and staff would recommend to family and friends Thankyou. Recommendations-They could do with 2 chairs in the room for couples to sit also have an option for decaf tea and coffee please Thankyou

we stayed for two nights our room was a perfect size for 3. the room was fresh and tidy could do with another side cabinet or shelves over-all good. bathroom wasn't the best but it didnt spoil our stay. its not mention before booking but there is a small charge to use the pool. honestly tho if its not busy use it.. the pool water was clean clear and to my surprise it was warm. staff are helpful and friendly. wifi was ok not the best we didnt eat but breakfast smelt good. its walking distance to the tower also outside the hotel is a tram and bus stop both are regular.

I liked how spacious the room (suite) was, the room was clean, the beds were clean and fresh. I especially liked the bathroom, so modern and stylish. There were one or two minor things that needed attention, they were very quickly dealt with by maintenance. I had my phone charger plugged in next to the bed and left without it. My partner has sent an email but hasn't had a reply as yet, I rang the hotel. There was an answer, then a ringing tone and finally an answer machine. I left my details and am waiting for a reply ( I need to ask about something else I may have left there.) Overall a good hotel that could be great with a bit of TLC

The only downfall was there was absolutely nowhere in the room to put clothes, there were drawers but they were glued shut, no hooks or hangers, and there was no hairdryer when we were told there should be. But great hotel, great location and great staff. My friend is coming back next week!

Hotel looks like it’s being updated. Our room was small but had a great view. There was no wardrobe or hanging facilities for clothes. So they just stayed in the case. No bedside cabinets and only 1double socket for kettle etc. so no good for trying to charge multiple devices. But bed was clean & comfortable, plenty of tea & coffee etc and additional milk was given at reception when asked. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Toilet wasnt cleaned. Blinds broken. Door plate falling off. Shower not fit for purpose. Bathroom needing proper wipe down especially around toilet bowl and skirting. Inside property ie walls and carpets looked dated and in need of some attention.

Clean room, lots of room. Nice to have sea front. Tea, coffee facilities good. Unfortunately, noticed following morning, shower had no water and wife said her bed was slanted

The room we had was on the top floor and the loft was not working no staff told us this and there was a black bag outside of a room in the way of us walking around the room the shelf was hanging off the wall in the bathroom the draws were broken on the back and the handles the main door was sticking so was hard to open and close the door
