Room very clean, plenty towels, bedding clean, had trouble with tv a lot of channels didnt work ,shower lovely plenty hot water very good breakfast, plenty to chose from had good 4 days plus we were upgraded to family room with big double bed plus 2 single beds for just myself and my adult son who has autism have stayed at this hotel last year and enjoyed our stay staff excellent

Absolutely disgusting

We arrived at was given a room which was like a room you would receive in a care home. I complained as it smelt like urine and being 7 months pregnant i cant and i wouldnt sit there and breath it in . The second room wasnt as bad it didnt smell but had no toilet roll . There was a old bar of soap what was open and there was blood on the matress. Was ment to be entertainment but there was nothing . If you want a drink from the bar you have to pay card but has to be £10 and over which is shocking . Absolutely disgusting hotel... shocking stay

Not nice at all. Would not recommend. Noisy at night and shabby and dirty, mould in shower, curtains hanging off in room. Communal areas and lift unclean.we were booked for 2 nights but left after 1 without wanting to have breakfast as we didnt feel the cleanliness of the place would be safe to eat. Very poor.

Super great stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Super Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the courteous and professional staff who ensured that my check-in process was swift and efficient. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and elegantly decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities offered were impressive, including a well-equipped fitness centre and a serene spa, which I particularly enjoyed. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a delight; the menu featured a diverse range of dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, situated conveniently close to major attractions and transport links, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, my stay at the Super Hotel exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service.

The hotel was convenient for public Transport and reasonable walking distance to north shore attractions. Our room was comfortable enough but with a little more attention to the cleaning and furnishings it coulď be much better. The breakfast was good and the staff were efficient and friendly

Avoid at all cost!

Absolutely disgraceful service. There were multiple issues for multiple people including myself. Bar staff were shocking with no concept of what clean lines are. The beer was off and like vinegar. No bottles or other choice available. The entertainment was severely lacking with artists finishing early and the bar shutting. So many people were complaining to Nathan whose attitude was combative and exacerbated issues instead if dealing with them to the point of many leaving and staying else where. We have visited numerous times and this will be our last. Filthy, dated and with disinterested staff.
