This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is sweetly and beautifully situated to take in the peaceful and tranquil view of Madora Creek.
This home was purchased unfurnished and that means is it ALL new. New linens, furniture, cookware, patio furniture etc.
There are two flat-screen TVs located in the living room and master bedroom. The living room includes a Blu-ray player (with loads of DVDs to choose from) and a retro Atari game system. The home includes high-speed wireless internet for your favorite streaming services.
The amazing two tiered deck has beautiful new patio furniture for lounging, dining, coffee, and group seating. You will LOVE this deck and the privacy of where this home is located. Near enough to the pool to walk and not have to load up the car!
Also available is a Corn hole set for the back deck and a Ping-pong table for use in the garage!
Nearby are hiking trails at Plumas Eureka State Park, the Lakes Basin and many mountain lakes/streams.
Five championship golf courses are nearby within 15 miles. The surrounding community has many fine outstanding restaurants.
Guest Access:
The entire home, garage, driveway and outstanding deck will be for your use during your stay. You will also receive code information to our pool, which located a block from this home.
The Neighborhood:
There is nowhere quite as charming as Graeagle, CA and the neighborhood in Plumas Pines! Experience all that Graeagle has to offer including shops, restaurants, horseback riding, hiking, biking, wine tasting and so much more. Of course, a must, is a visit the quaint but World Famous Graeagle Grocery Store. Our neighborhood is located on the Plumas Pines Golf Resort and reservations with us include use of our pool which is just steps away from this home.
Getting Around:
There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails all within easy distance.
