Family cottage between Angers and Saumur

You are welcome to the Bois Brinçon family vineyard and its 21 hectares cultivated organically and biodynamically.

The town of Blaison-Saint-Sulpice is classified as a charming village. It is in the heart of the Loire Valley region, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ideally located between Angers, Doué-La-Fontaine, and Saumur, you will also be 7 minutes from Brissac-Quincé and its historic château.

'La Closerie' is a detached gîte located in a former outbuilding of the château.
On the ground floor: a bright living room with a sofa, armchair, and television, a separate toilet, and a fitted and equipped kitchen with a dining area. A spare room with a laundry room provides ample additional storage space.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and 1 bedroom with two 90x200cm beds that can be pushed together. The bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet is shared between the two bedrooms.

Outside, accessible from the kitchen, you'll enjoy the enclosed and private gravel courtyard with garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and deck chairs. A perfect place to relax and unwind, private and secluded, with trees providing shade and fresh air.

On-site entertainment: tasting and sale of the estate's wines. A complimentary bottle is offered to each guest arriving at the cottage.

4 km from the cottage, reach the banks of the Loire River. 7 km away, take the Loire à Vélo cycle route to Angers or Saumur for beautiful discoveries of the Loire landscapes. Don't miss the troglodyte sites in the Douessine and Saumur regions. Treat yourself to a fun excursion with a cruise on the Loire River departing from Saint Mathurin-sur-Loire.

Bed linens are provided and beds are made upon arrival. End-of-stay cleaning and towels are optional. For long-term bookings (4 weeks or more), electricity will be billed on your utility bill.
