Misleading

We have been staying in this neighborhood, 2-3 times a year for over 30 yrs. While the house is a nice size and location, it is in need of a deep clean inside and out. The kitchen was lacking some supplies, knobs off the drawers and cupboards. Mouse droppings on our kitchen counter and table during our stay. Grill blew up a bit and only half of it worked. Hot tub gross, cover needs replaced. Some sheets were in need of exchange and or washing. Light bulbs were out, owner refused to help with grill or hot tub issue. We are used to staying at homes in the woods, but there is a lack of upkeep here. We have never had a problem with communication until this visit. It was thru a third party and not as fast as we are used to. Ended up having to make other plans because broken grill could not cook for 14 people

Very poorly maintained.

Found a dead rat in kitchen sink as soon as we entered the house. Patio is is so horrible state to have a sitout and barbeque with family and friends. We had to clean it ourself as the property owner did not send cleaning person even after multiple follow ups. The carpet rugs in living room are so dirty. Towels and comforters are not washed and are lying down in closets. Hot tub water is so dirty. Overall it ended up we as guests cleaning the home as we had paid to stay there for 3 nights and property owner did not send cleaning person even after sharing pictures. Hand soap at the sinks and body soaps are not refilled in some bathrooms.

Presidents weekend

House was nice. I was very disappointed with the lack of service and communication with the property manager. The whole front of the property was a sheet of thick ice. I understand that happens but I was told someone would be out the next day and nobody came. I asked if there was salt available for us to put down and got no response.

Beautiful house and very clean. Our issues were that some of the rooms were very cold. There was a space heater that was in one of the rooms but we didn't know to use. Another issue was TVs. We were not advised to bring a fire stick and without it, we didn't have any connectivity.
